Preparation of surfaces
Before applying ACRILCEM make sure that the substrate is dry, free from dirt stains and that there is no rising damp.
New metal substrates:
Remove dust and contaminants such as grease and oil from the surface.
For new wood:
Apply a thinned first coat, remove the wood fibre by abrasion and apply a second coat.
For new concrete:
Appopriate dust removal: application of a thinned coat and, after 24 hours, a normal or slightly thinned coat.
