Preparation of surfaces
Make sure that the substrates are dry, compact and free from mold or efflorescence, otherwise provide for their consolidation and sanitization treatment.
For new surfaces: apply a coat of acrylic sealer.
For old surfaces: remove the parts that are flaking and after thorough cleaning, apply a coat of acrylic sealer.
