Description
Water-based fixative varnish made of styrene acrylic emulsions with internal plasticizing, used in building as a base coat. It is characterized by adhesion and good penetration to the surface.
Use
Suitable to block the dust and porosity of the new and old bituminous sheaths, thus allowing a valid anchorage to the installation of liquid sheaths.

Preparation of surfaces
Perform an accurate cleaning by eliminating dust, parts being detaching, greasy and other contaminants. The support must be dry.
Preparation of the product
Mix the product before use. For roller and brush applications dilute the product with max. 5-10% water.

Application
It can be applied indifferently with a scrubbing brush, spray, roller and brush.
Shelf life
1 year in cool and dry place. The product does not tollerate the frost.
