Chemical resistance

Excellent water, alcoholic solutions, greases. Good resistance with organic and inorganic acids.

Preparation of surfaces

New oxidised steel:
SA 3 Sandblasting for continuously immersed surfaces.
For various uses, prime the surface with « EPOPRIMER ».
New concrete:
Power wash and primer coat with « EPOPRIMER »
Old concrete:
Sandblasting or staking out to remove friable parts, dust removal and primer coat with « EPOPRIMER » and next restoration of the cavities with epoxy mortars prepared with « EPOPRIMER SS trasparente ».
In the case of surfaces polluted by greases, proceed with a milling of the surface, followed by a sterilization with flame, dust removal and primer coat.

Preparation of the product

Mix the product according to the following ratio by weight:
Component A : cod. 80
Component B: 20
Mix separately the component A from B, add B and mix
