Description
High quality emulsion paint based on acrylic and siloxane resin modified on elastomeric copolymer, anti-mold and anti-algae, which in addition to giving the product excellent water repellency, excellent transpiration to water vapor and humidity, high resistance in highly alkaline, gives excellent permanent elasticity. Its innovative formulation transforms pouring water into small drops which, sliding off the surface naturally, make it perfectly clean and dry (Lotus Effect).
Use
For the protection of surfaces prepared with lime or cement plaster, or on facades with problems of cracks, capillary lesions, when excellent weather resistance is required together with good breathability and water repellency. It also adheres well to old paint provided they are well adhered.

Surface preparation
New surfaces:
New plaster or patches must be cured, clean, dry and non-chalky. Then apply a coat of our SILOX PRIMER fixative
On old paint, eliminate traces of oil, grease, non-adherent parts, level any irregularities in the substrate, seal any cracks.
Then apply a coat of our SILOX PRIMER fixative.
In the presence of mould, cleanse the substrate with our remediation system for facades, first spraying our SD SPRAY ANTIMOULD, dry with a cloth and apply a SANIMUFF sanitizing solution and leave to act for 24 to 48 hours. Once dry, apply one of our SILOX PRIMER fixative.
