Use

This product is used as an anchor on concrete and stone substrates. It is suitable for preparing thick screeds and as an anchor for recasting.

Preparation of surfaces

New concrete:
Chemical washing in order to remove laitance layers and efflorescence Worn concrete:
Grinding, milling, shot peening, depending on the concrete conditions.
Grinding is suitable for removing surface dirt on consolidated concretes.
Shot peening and milling are more suitable for old and crumbling concretes or in case of removal of old paints.
These operations must always be followed by an appropriate dust removal

Preparation of the product

Mix the product according to the following ratio by weight:
Component A:                        100
Component B:                         40
Mix Component A separately and then add Component B

Preparation of mortars

Thick screeds:
Add 100 - 120 parts of inert material 0,1 - 0,5 to the mixture A + B

If you use the brush, you have to use nylon or pure bristle brushes.
