Description

It is an epoxy - polyamide primer: it has an effective anti - corrosive action with barrier effect and it adheres on many substrates such as aluminum, fiberglass, galvanized sheet metal, and so on.  

Use

This product is used as a primer for epoxy and polyurethane cycles in environments with medium and high aggressiveness.

Preparation of surfaces

Oxidised steel without calamine:
Mechanical cleaning at the grade St3, of Svensk Standard SIS 1967 for cycles that are not subject to immersion.
SA 2 ½ sandblasting for cycles that are subject to immersion

Preparation of the product

Mix the product according to the following ratio by weight:
Component A :    100
Component B:      15
Mix Component A separately and then add Component B and mix together

Brush, roller, airless, spray
If you use the brush, you have to use nylon or pure bristle brushes.
If you use the roller, you have to use medium - haired rollers.
For the application, use the method of crossing coats.
