EPOSTUK is a two-component epoxy filler formulated to provide excellent adhesion, flexibility and ease of sanding. Ideal for the preparation and repair of various types of surfaces.

Used for the preparation of large and small surfaces, for sealing joints and cracks. The long pot-life ensures excellent workability. The almost total absence of solvents guarantees very low shrinkage during the drying phase and allows thicknesses of 3-4 mm. It can be applied on surfaces primed with Epoprimer, EpoWPrimer, Epofond, Epofond Zinc.

Surface Preparation
Ensure that the substrate is dry, clean and free of dust, oils or loose parts.
Apply a suitable primer (Epoprimer, EpoWPrimer, Epofond, Epofond Zinc).
Sand if necessary to obtain a uniform surface.

Mix the product according to the following weight ratio:

Application
Mixing:
Combine the two components (resin + hardener) in the indicated proportion and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Application:
Use a spatula to spread the grout, ensuring even distribution.
For large thicknesses (3-4 mm), apply in several coats, allowing to dry between coats.
Sanding:
Once dry, sand to obtain a smooth surface.
