Preparation of surfaces
Make sure the substrates are well dried, if mold is present, treat the surface as follows: clean the surface with our product SD SPRAY ANTIMUFFA. Wipe dry with a damp cloth. After that, apply an even coat of SANIMUFF facade reclaiming solution and let it act for 24 to 48 hours. Then apply two coats of Bathroom and Kitchen Paint.
Remove any efflorescence and detaching paint by brushing and washing.
Prime with acrylic fixative.
