RESINPAVE’ is an innovative paving system offering high resistance to weathering and wear, with anti-slip, draining and permeable properties. It is composed of a moisture-curing aliphatic polyurethane resin — a technologically advanced material highly resistant to chemical and mechanical agents — combined with Natural Marble Pebbles available in different grain sizes (2–4 mm, 4–8 mm) and in a wide range of elegant colours.

Coverage
Grain size 2-4 mm:

Application
Ensure that the substrate is clean, dry, free from dust, oils and loose parts. For dusty or highly porous substrates, apply a coat of EPO PRIMER. Check the flatness and compactness of the base and level any depressions, ensuring that slopes are adequate for water drainage. IMPORTANT: Install aluminum profiles as joints every 4-5 m2 to allow for future repairs and to manage material expansion.
Mixing
Use a low-speed electric mixer to combine the polyurethane resin with the marble pebbles in the indicated proportions until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
Laying and Compaction
Spread the material evenly with an aluminum screed.
Compact and smooth thoroughly with a Power Trowel (mechanical trowel) or with a steel float. For constant thickness, install angular guide profiles. Proper compaction is essential for floor resistance. To clean the trowel and tools, use our RESINSOL 224 solution.

Drying and curing times
Pedestrian traffic: 24 hours (25°C, 50% R.H.)
Vehicular traffic: 48 hours (25°C, 50% R.H.)

Environmental conditions
Apply at ambient temperatures between +10°C and +25°C. Avoid application in case of rain or high humidity. Wait for complete polymerization before traffic (times vary according to temperature).
Precautions:
Protect the surface during the curing phase. For large surfaces, plan the application in sections. Use personal protective equipment during application.
Shelf life
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep containers tightly closed.
