Description
Wall coating based on modified potassium silicate, inorganic pigments and minerals charges which react with the substrates by consolidating it. It has high breathability, it preserves the substrate of mold formation due to the high alkalinity of the silicate.
Use
This product is applied on old and new plasters based on hydraulic binders as a filler and as a smoothing agent of the substrate. It can be used on old organic and mineral paints, as long as they are absorbent and united.

Surface preparation
Plasters:
Make sure that the support has passed a maturation time of 28 days and that its humidity is less than 10 %. Remove any efflorescence by washing and brushing. Old paints must be completely removed. Any levellings or restorations must be carried out with mortars compatible with potassium silicate (premixed plasters, lime, cement).
Old surfaces:
Remove dust and all old paints that are peeling off, widen any cracks and fill them with a filler. Eliminate completely old lime or tempera paints.
In the presence of molds, provide an appropriate anti - mold treatment.
Prime the surfaces with a fixative based on silicate.
