Description

Decorative paint based on special acrylic resins with special microspheres and pearly pigments. It is available in a silver and a gold base. The silver base can be added to the colour toners in order to obtain a wide variety of colour shades.

Use

This product is used for interior decoration; its use makes rooms warm and refined thanks to the final appearance that evokes the shantung effect on the wall with its irregular surface due to the presence of thicker weft threads. It is pleasant to the touch and with the right lighting, light contrasts can be achieved, ranging from the opaque of microspheres to the brilliant effect of pearly pigments. It is easy to apply and it can be applied in one coat with the brush in a vertical direction. This type of application gives the wall a sense of verticality, making it appear taller and making spaces look larger than they really are. TESSUTI D’ORIENTE hides wall imperfections. It can be applied on any type of support, pre - treated of course.

Preparation of surfaces

The substrate must be solid and compact, otherwise it must be consolidated. New surfaces: apply a coat of acrylic insulating product « IMPRIMITURA ACRILICA ».
Old surfaces: remove parts that are peeling off and after thorough cleaning apply a coat of acrylic insulating product « IMPRIMITURA ACRILICA ».

Component A 100

Application

After adequate preparation of the substrate, the product is applied:
Apply one coat of white primer with a brush or roller.
Once the primer is dry, apply a top coat by spreading the paint vertically in a direction. Once dry, to enhance the shantung effect, apply a second coat in the same way as the first.

1 year in a cool and dry place (max 40° C)
