Preparation of surfaces
New surfaces: Steel: mechanical or manual cleaning to remove compact scale, traces of rust. Galvanised steel or light alloys: Remove any traces of oxides by mechanical or manual cleaning. Degrease the surface with suitable alkaline solutions or with nitro thinner. Make sure the substrate is dry and not wet.
Preparation of the product
Mix the product before the use and add the thinner Component A 100 Epoxy Thinner 5 – 10 %
Environmental conditions
Ambient temperature: from + 5 to 40° C Temperature of the support: > 5° C Humidity: 0 - 80 % In order to prevent the formation of condensation, it is necessary that the temperature of the substrate is at least 3° C above the dew point.
