What is the pearl??

The pearl is a precious thing that mother nature offers us in various colours, sizes and also forms.

The charm that a pearl has is to say the least disarming, and, when a tasteful woman wears a pearl necklace, it is important the wonderful essence of this valuable object, because the pearl is an ode to womanliness.

For many, the pearl represents an elegant and high – class everlasting gift, able to give elegance and refined brilliance.

Unlike all precious gems, the pearl is the only one that does not need of any kind of treatment in order to enhance its beauty and its unique charm.

From these small details, this status created by this valuable object, we wanted to create a decorative paint that represents exactly this:

DESCRIPTION

Filler based on acrylic resins in water emulsion and special pigments that give the product special gold and silver effects. PERLA is a washable product.

PERLA is ready to use. PERLA can be applied as it is, or it can be coloured with various coloured pastes.

It can be applied to wall surfaces, properly prepared with concrete, where a pearlescent aesthetic appearance combined with excellent resistance to washing with cleansing agents are required.

PREPARATION OF SURFACES

New surfaces:

Apply a coat of our insulating product “IMPRIMITURA ACRILICA” diluted with water in ratio 1 to 5 (mix each liter of “IMPRIMITURA ACRILICA” with 5 liters of water).

Old surfaces:

Remove any parts that are peeling off and, after a careful cleaning of the substrate, apply a coat of our insulating product “IMPRIMITURA ACRILICA” diluted with water in ratio 1 to 5 (mix each liter of “IMPRIMITURA ACRILICA” with 5 liters of water).

APPLICATION

After an appropriate preparation of the substrate, apply the product as follows: apply a coat of our coloured product SABBIAFOND in the same tone of the finish, with a roller made of short – haired wool.

First coat:

When SABBIAFOND is completely dry, follow these steps: spread it evenly with a plastic trowel or with a steel spatula, putting a good quantity of product and leveling until you obtain a smooth surface.

Second coat:

When it is completely dry (after 4 – 5 hours), apply a second coat always with a plastic trowel or with a small steel spatula, creating blots crossed from the right to the left or from to the top to the bottom, with delicate movements. So, in this way, you have the decoration desired.

Yield: 4 -5 m²/kg for a thickness of 50 micron
