What is SpatoFlex???
It is an elastic quartz coating for exterior and interior use based on:
- thermoplastic acrylic resins
- natural fibers
- granular marble
These raw materials give the product, after complete drying:
Permanent elasticity
Due to its elastic characteristics, SpatoFLEX has special resistance to micro-macro cracking that tends to occur after some time on substrates.
Imperviousness to weather and the elements
Thanks to the highest quality raw materials, such as thermoplastic acrylic and quartz resins, SpatoFLEX has a high degree of weathering and climatic resistance, as well as excellent impact resistance.
Mold and lichen infestation.
In addition to the elastic and fibrous product, SpatoFLEX contains anti-mold and anti-algae salts–thus making the coating unassailable by various microorganisms, whether for an overcoat or traditional coating.
Additional BENEFITS.
Very high tightness to U.V. RAYS.
Self-cleaning from fine dust
Buildings with rising problems?
SpatoFLEX in its special siloxane version allows you to optimize the performance of the product even in complicated situations such as rising, giving additional characteristics of high breathability.
Where can it be used?
Colors and grains available
Available in all TintoMix colors and 3 grits
Description: elastic quartz coating for exteriors and interiors based on thermoplastic acrylic resins, natural fibers, and granular marble, which give the product after complete drying a permanent elasticity, weather and weathering impermeability, and mold and lichen proofing. While allowing masonry to breathe, it is a water-repellent and waterproof material.
Use: It is used when a coating of high strength and elasticity is desired with the appearance to good. Its characteristics have a special resistance to micro-macro cracking, a high degree of sealing to climatic and atmospheric agents, and a special resistance to impact.
The addition of highly effective anti-mold and anti-algae salts makes the coating unassailable by various microorganisms.
Film appearance: opaque
Theoretical yield: 1 mm = Kg 1,5 kg/mq (200).
0,7-1,2 = Kg 1,8 kg/mq (270)
1,2 mm = Kg 2,5 kg/mq (300)
1,5 mm = Kg 2,8 kg/mq (400)
Surface Preparation.
New: remove traces of dirt and efflorescence and primer with our SOTTOFONDO;
Old: make sure the old plaster is well adhered and in case of cracks treat the substrate with our FIBRATED ELASTIC FUND.
Application: spread with steel trowel and smooth with plastic trowel.
